Reservations are made through email at jumpwithroxy08.2018@gmail.com or text 9032754410 (We respond quicker to text). At the time of reservation, an estimate will be sent via email, after receiving and viewing estimate, you must click the green accept button on your estimate and the required booking deposit fee using Venmo app @Roxana-Rodriguez-52, Cash app $RdzRox, or cash/check. Once the estimate is sent out, you must respond to the estimate no later than 48 hours. After 48 hours the estimate will be canceled, and inflatable will be marked as available for possible leasing. (ESTIMATE MUST BE ACCEPTED AND THE BOOKING DEPOSIT MUST BE MADE TO SECURE RENTAL. - ESTIMATE WILL BE CANCELED IF WE DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU IN THE NEXT 24 HOURS)

We start Drop off early morning and work through by distance, we start in Athens. Every Delivery schedule is different every weekend. Depending on what towns we have to deliver to that is how we setup our delivery schedule. By giving us the latest delivery time that helps us when doing our delivery schedule route. (We are a small family-owned business and only i and my husband work it, please be patient with us. If we need to deliver the night before we will contact, you and have rentals delivered and setup) and pick up is either before dark or you can make special arrangements with us beforehand. At pick up we give it an extra clean and disinfect them to get them ready for next day availability.
As a Bounce House Rental company, we aim to provide excellent customer service to all those looking for quality rentals, as well as low prices to keep them coming back time and time again.
